July 12-17 Palau

For our 1 year anniversary we went to Palau for a week long trip- 4 days of diving.
We fit in 11 dives and a kayak day. Fun stuff!

Razor fish, they swim upside-down!

Kittens

One of our neighbors originally had the mother cat then disowned her. She had 4 kittens on the night of July 4 in a box on our porch. We took them in 2 weeks later (they're mostly in the large hall bathroom) and we've been thoroughly entertained!

There are 2 black and white kittens. This one I call the Pixie because she's still small. She's really sweet though. The only boy is the all black one, the girls called him Junior.
Toby getting acquainted. They're not sure about him though.

Here's the other black and  white- the girls named her Oreo.

The Pixie loves shoes
Bob has gotten used to them too. He'll lick them sometimes as well as try to  play-
which doesn't work out most of the time!

Compare to the first pic when they were a few days old- here they're 6 or 7 weeks old.

Fun on the tower

We worked on tower 5 this week putting up new conduit and power wires.  The boats in the background were probably looking for dolphins.  The color in the first picture is different because I accidentally still had the camera in underwater mode.

The Eye clinic

I finally got around to taking pics of the clinic where I work. Below is my exam room.

 The waiting area and optical

View out my door, there are 6 regular exam rooms and several other extra testing rooms.
The front of the clinic. The medical and dental are on the left side of the building and the eye clinic is on the right.
Behind the building are about 8 homes that some of the Providers live in.
